What is the process to book a class?
All students must create a profile at our website to book a class. Once the student registers at our website will have username and password to access the platform.
All booking details, payment details and notifications will be avalaible to review at system.
What timezone is integrated to the system?
All classes are integrated to student's own timezone. Students will be able to book class in the hour they desire according to their location/country.
What is price policy?
We offer the lowest booking fee globally. Our price is fixed and always -USD 13- per class/hour for any teacher and any language!
What are payment methods?
We offer many different payments such as;
Neteller, Skrill, Bank Transfer, Transferwise and Card Payments with 3d Secure.
Do you offer package lessons and discount?
If you would like to get more than 10 classes at once, we offer 1 class free! Please contact with us about offer details before than booking.
When I book a class, is it confirmed immeadetly?
We use professional and highly booking integrated system. Once you book the class our teachers and our system get notification about booking at the same moment!
What is cancellation policy?
Sometimes your plans change and you may have to cancel/reschedule your lesson. In this case, we require you to give your tutor at least 12 (twelwe) hours notice. Otherwise, you are liable to be charged the full amount for the scheduled lesson, unless the tutor agrees not to charge you after a formal discussion. We reserve the right for every tutor to charge the cost of the lesson that is cancelled less than 12 ( twelwe) hours before its planned start time, without possibility of this sum being refunded to the student or transferred to other tutors.
You can cancel/reschedule lessons through your Languagesclan account easily by clicking the corresponding button in ‘My lessons’ for the scheduled lesson anytime up to 12 ( twelwe) hours before your lesson. You will be asked to provide a reason for cancellation which, in most cases, will be forwarded to your tutor.
What if I miss a class?
If you miss a class, we offer free class in case of you declare a strong reason.
What if I or my teacher has technical problem during the class? ( Internet problem or all other technical problems.)
If you or your teacher has some technical problem during the class, then student will get the remaning time added for next class to recover it.
Do you offer lesson for group?
If you would like to get classes as a group, we offer group lessons as well! Please contact with us about details before than booking.
Can I change teacher anytime?
It is always possible and free to change teacher or language without any additional cost.
Can I change booked class anytime?
It is possible to change a booked class at system. All you need to do is login to your account and change the class hour. Class hour must be changed at least 12 ( twelwe) hours before than compromised class time.
